Gibbons Motor Toys began operation in June of 1981 under the name of The Service Department. At this time, automotive repair and maintenance was the primary business. Tim Panasiuk (owner and general manager) expanded the company in 1989 and added a Mercury Marine franchise. As the recreational side continued to grow, the operating name was changed in the early 1990s to Gibbons Auto and Leisure Centre. In 1995 the Ski-Doo franchise was added, and in 2000 a decision was made to discontinue the automotive repair side. This was done to allow for a better overall focus on the recreational business. This also produced the need for a new name: Gibbons Motor Toys. |

We are located on Main Street in Gibbons, Alberta in a 14,000 square foot building. Gibbons is located 20 minutes north of Edmonton where highways 28 and 28A intersect. |

Our 4,200 square foot service facility is fully modern and completely up to date with the latest diagnostic equipment and factory trained technicians. It is large enough to hold boats that are up to 30 feet in length. Our showroom is approximately 7,500 square feet and no matter what the season, products are easy to locate. With a dedicated and experienced staff, we at Gibbons Motor Toys strive to make doing business with us enjoyable. |
