Brittany is the friendly face you will see when you walk through the door, always ready to help you find the perfect boat, ATV, or side-by-side to fuel your next adventure. Growing up in the Gibbons area, Brittany has spent her life quadding and sledding on the trails and exploring the waters, making her the perfect guide to help customers find exactly what they need. Brittany lights up when she is helping a customer, and her dedication and commitment are evident in everything she does. What fuels her passion is seeing happy customers walk out our doors to their next adventure; there is absolutely nothing better.

Charles joined Gibbons Motor Toys in 2023 after spending two years in automotive sales in his hometown of Drayton Valley. A lifelong sports fan, he grew up around Can-Am products and spent his summers boating on central Alberta’s best lakes. Now as our Business Manager, he makes sure the numbers work for the customer, not just the deal. Charles brings a steady, thoughtful approach to every interaction, always working to find solutions that feel right and serve people well.

Eddie finds just as much joy in helping customers discover their passion for boating as he does spending time at Mabel Lake and Shuswap River. With nearly two decades of experience in the marine industry, he has the knowledge and expertise to guide customers in selecting the perfect offshore fishing boat while ensuring every detail is handled correctly. Whether he is fishing with friends or completing an on-water delivery, Eddie knows there is nothing better than a day spent on the water. He takes great pride in sharing his expertise to help every customer create their own lifelong memories.

With a background that includes years of hands-on experience in the trades, the shift into the powersports and marine industry was a natural fit for Matt. As Inventory Manager, he ensures units arrive on schedule and all behind-the-scenes operations run seamlessly. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors.

Dan’s journey with GMT started long before it became official in 2010. For nearly a decade, he worked behind the scenes creating finance documents for customers, building strong connections along the way. Eventually, he moved from Lantzville, B.C. to join the team full time, bringing years of experience in the marine and powersports world. With over two decades in the industry, Dan knows boats inside and out and is the person people turn to for advice or a second opinion. When he is not working, you will find him hunting, fishing, quadding, or running the North Saskatchewan River in a KingFisher jet boat.

Brendan brings a deep understanding of the marine and powersports industry, built through years of hands-on experience in service and repair. Before stepping into sales, he spent over eight years working on boats, ATVs, snowmobiles, and side-by-sides, learning how machines really perform. That background helps him guide customers toward the right fit for their needs. He grew up in Alberta and has always been drawn to the outdoors, whether he is out hunting, fishing, camping, or spending time with his wife and three kids.

Simon’s story starts outdoors. Much of his time was spent in Nordegg, Alberta, where days were filled with camping trips, dirt biking, and fixing his own vehicles. Naturally creative and driven by a good challenge, Simon thrives on problem-solving and figuring out how things work. When he is not at Gibbons Motor Toys, you will likely find him firing up the grill for a BBQ with friends, checking out a car show, or pushing himself at the gym.

Myron brings a lifetime of outdoor experience and over a decade of automotive sales to GMT. Before that, he and his wife ran a successful outdoor store focused on hunting, camping, and fishing gear. A passionate angler, Myron has deep knowledge of both fresh and saltwater fishing and is a fly casting and tying instructor. He owns several boats and is happiest on the water, whether chasing Kokanee in his KingFisher or heading upriver in search of moose. Myron is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely listens to find the right fit for every customer.

Jesse moved to the Shuswap from Edmonton when he was eight and grew up spending much of his time outdoors. That background shaped his easygoing nature and his commitment to taking care of people. He enjoys fishing, camping, biking, and being outside with his wife and two sons. Jesse is warm, patient, and attentive. He listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions, and takes pride in helping customers feel confident and supported throughout the process.

Tracy moved to the Gibbons area in 2009, where she quickly became part of the community. She loves everything outdoors, especially camping, hiking, quadding, and sledding. When she’s not at work, she’s usually spending time with family, friends, or her four-legged fur kids. Tracy is known for her friendly nature, attention to detail, and the way she always goes the extra mile to take care of people. If her name sounds familiar, it might be from one of our many five-star Google reviews.

Andrew joined GMT in April 2025 and quickly became known for his easygoing approach and genuine commitment to helping customers find the right ride. He grew up in Edmonton and later settled in Bon Accord with his wife and three children. His background in grocery retail and mobility sales taught him how to understand people’s needs and guide them toward something that truly fits. At the dealership, Andrew focuses on making the experience simple, clear, and enjoyable.

Justin started as a Shop Technician and now leads our Service and Parts Department with patience, pride, and a steady hand. Early in his career, he placed second in Alberta at the Skills Canada competition and went on to become both a BRP Certified Technician and a Mercury Master Technician. Justin is friendly, can strike up a conversation with quite literally anyone, and always makes you feel heard. He is the kind of person who makes you glad you stopped by.

Rene grew up in Athabasca and got his start in parts at just 16. After earning a Business degree, he spent years building his expertise in the agriculture and construction industries before bringing that knowledge into powersports. As Parts Manager, he combines decades of experience with a real passion for the outdoors. Rene is known for his deep product knowledge, his love of parts, and the way he lights up when telling stories from his infamous campouts.

Stew grew up in Squamish, B.C., spending most of his time riding bikes, snowboarding, and working on electronics. Before joining GMT, he spent nearly a decade as an Equipment Engineer on major infrastructure projects. Now as Service and Facilities Manager for our B.C. location, Stew keeps things running with a hands-on approach and a problem-solving mindset. His experience in large-scale operations shaped his practical, procedure driven solutions-focused approach.

As Parts Manager for our B.C. location, Alex is the go-to resource for ensuring our customers and technicians have exactly what they need to keep their equipment running at its best. He combines industry expertise with a focus on organization and efficiency, helping to streamline operations behind the scenes. Like the rest of the GMT team, Alex is driven by a passion for the outdoors and a commitment to doing things right. Whether he is solving a technical part inquiry or supporting the shop crew, he brings a steady, reliable presence to every task.

Josh lived in Ontario before moving to rural Alberta. After years in the oil and gas sector, he decided to focus on a career that would allow him to connect more with people. Outside of work, music is his passion; playing guitar and giving local lessons. He is the guy we trust to pick the shop playlist. When he is not playing music, you can find him organizing co-ed softball or volleyball teams. Joshua is known for his easygoing attitude, quick sense of humor, and the way he makes every customer feel valued.

Troy believes in doing the job properly, not halfway. He brings a calm, organized approach to the team and is always looking for ways to improve processes. Outside of work, Troy stays busy playing golf, refereeing men’s hockey, and spending time on the farm. Farming is where he truly unwinds; there is always plenty to do, and he enjoys the work and rhythm it brings. Easy-going and approachable, Troy is known for his good sense of humor and the positive energy he brings to the workplace.

Originally from St. Albert and Onoway, Reece has always had a passion for bikes, computers, and anything with an engine. Now part of the parts team at GMT, he brings experience from the powersports world and a steady attention to detail. Since moving to Bon Accord, he has found the perfect fit here. When he is not working, you will find him out riding his motorbike or at home watching movies with his family.

Colton grew up in Westlock and has always felt at home in small towns and country life. After jumping into the automotive world, he found his place working with his hands. Today, he is a Service Assistant at GMT, known for his great attitude, his willingness to help, and the way he treats everyone with kindness and respect. When he is not at work, you will usually find him outdoors, either riding his ATV or fishing with friends and family.

After 22 years in the automotive industry, Chad made the move into marine and powersports, bringing real-world experience and a steady presence to the shop. He is dependable, knowledgeable, and always willing to lend a hand or share what he knows. When he is not at work, you will find him quadding, sledding, camping, or working on a project in his shop.

Casey spent seven years building jet boats, work boats, and racing boats before joining GMT. He is hands-on, detail-focused, and always has a new project on the go. When he is not with his family, you might catch him riding his motorcycle, fixing something in the garage, or designing his next creative project. He brings that same focus and craftsmanship to every boat he works on in our shop.

After years of working on cars, Jacob made the move to the marine industry a few years ago and hasn't looked back. Known for his incredible attention to detail, he takes immense pride in rigging boats to the highest standard, ensuring every customer is happy with their product. Outside of the shop, he is usually found working on his own car project or heading outdoors to camp, fish, and ride dirt bikes.

With over 25 years as an automotive diagnostic specialist, Jeff brings deep technical knowledge and a sharp eye for detail to every project. Whether it is building houses, race cars, or customizing electronics, Jeff has a way of making the complicated feel simple. These days, he is applying that same mindset to what he loves most: working on boats as a technician at GMT.

Sam grew up in High River, Alberta but has spent the last 20 years calling the Shuswap home. He now lives on an acreage with his wife and four kids, where they spend their time outdoors, raising and growing their own food, hunting, and fishing. Sam is all about hard work and doing things right, always focused on delivering the highest quality service for his customers.

Cal has loved the outdoors for as long as he can remember, enjoying hiking, camping, and spending time on the lake. While his first passion has always been cars and trucks, he has recently developed a strong interest in boating and is excited to build a career in the marine industry. With his easygoing attitude and love for everything outdoors, Cal is a great fit for the Gibbons Motor Toys team.

Bre was raised in an entrepreneurial family and later launched her own ventures, bringing both creative thinking and real-world experience to the table. With a marketing degree and a strong background in digital strategy, Bre is always looking for meaningful ways to tell the Gibbons Motor Toys story. She thrives on building genuine connections and shaping a brand rooted in community, integrity, and authenticity.

Odell joined GMT in September 2025, bringing experience in broadcast production and content creation. As Marketing Coordinator, he uses his lifelong interest in cameras and creative media to help tell the GMT story. Whether he is spending time with friends or documenting everyday moments, he is often behind the camera. Newly married, Odell enjoys making the most of the outdoors through camping and hiking.

Lyndsey grew up in Calgary and Vernon, spending much of her time outdoors. As Marketing Projects Coordinator, she brings a steady, patient presence to the GMT brand. Her background is diverse, ranging from nursing to earning a commercial pilot license; experiences that have shaped her into a capable coordinator. When she is not grounded in the outdoors staying active, she is usually unwinding with a walk or a familiar episode of The Office alongside Braden and their pups, Phyllis and Kevin.

Ainsley thrives on attention to detail and always goes the extra mile to take care of people. Whether it is organizing the chaos or bringing a little extra energy to the team, she is all about making things better every day. Outside of work, you will find Ainsley hunting, fishing, quadding, or just soaking up the great outdoors. At Gibbons Motor Toys, she is here to help and make sure every customer leaves with a smile.

After wrapping up a 34-year career with the Government of Alberta, Joanne has transitioned into a larger role within the family business. With a background in HR, leadership, and customer service, and a real passion for working with people, she continues to help shape the positive environment that makes GMT what it is today.

Anna-Mae is a key part of the administrative team, ensuring the behind-the-scenes details are handled with precision and care. She thrives on supporting others and keeping things moving, bringing a positive, steady energy to the workplace. Whether she’s greeting customers or helping the crew stay organized, every interaction feels helpful and genuine. Originally from the Edmonton area and now based in Fort Saskatchewan, Anna-Mae stays closely connected to the Gibbons community. Life at home is busy with her husband, young daughter, and a full house of pets including two large rescue dogs, three cats, and a Crested Gecko. When they are not enjoying time at home, you will find them out hiking or kayaking together. She is also a big dinosaur fan, and the original Jurassic Park is her all-time favourite.

Tracy thrives on precision and loves keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine. Whether it is navigating payroll systems or making sense of benefits paperwork, Tracy is always on top of it. Outside of work, she is loving country life on her acreage, enjoying the peace and quiet away from the city. At GMT, she keeps the numbers right so the team can focus on what they do best.

With a background as a fabrication welder, Michelle knows her way around hard work and precision. These days, she brings that same focus to accounting. Originally from Nova Scotia, she brings a calm, collected East Coast vibe to everything she does. Nothing really seems to rattle her, and she is known for her dry sense of humor and storytelling.
